Payment Information

⊙ What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

At this point we accept paypal, bank transfers and bancontact. The possibility to pay with creditcards will be added in the near future.

Orders

⊙ How do I place an Order?

1. Select an item you want to buy and press the “ADD TO CART” or “BUY IT NOW” button.

– When you pressed the “ADD TO CART” button, please continue reading.
– When you pressed the “BUY IT NOW” button, please continue reading from point 4.

2. After you’ve add an item to your cart you’ll have the ability to add more items to your cart, view your cart or checkout.
3. To place an order access your cart by clicking “VIEW CART” or press “CHECKOUT” to immediately purchase your item(s).
4. Fill in your personal info on the ‘Billing details page / Checkout page).
5. On the bases of your address the shop will offer you available shipping options, their cost and details. You should choose the one suitable for you.
6. We’ve included the possibility to add an optional ‘Order note’.
7. On that same page you can choose the payment method. At the moment you’ll be able to choose the following payment methodes: ‘Paypal’, ‘Bank Transfer’ or ‘Bancontact’.
8. To finish your purchase you have to accept the shop rules. And push the button “PLACE ORDER”
9. If the entire procedure is performed correctly, you’ll get a confirmation mail with a detailed description of your purchase.
10. If you’ve made a mistake or filled in invalid data, the shop will point to them and you’ll be able to correct the mistakes.
11. As soon as the payment is received the status of your order will be changed to “Paid” and will be prepared for shipping. You’ll receive an email with all the details.
12. As soon as your order is shipped the status of your order will be changed to “Shipped”, you’ll automatically get a notification of this status update.
13. The shop will be automatically checking your tracking number and as soon as your order is delivered you’ll get a notification about the delivery.
14. All your further orders can be checked in your personal profile on the BricolArts website.

⊙ How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

⊙ Do I need an account to place an order?

We allow every customer to browse on our website without registering an account. But once you proceed to checkout an account is needed to be able to purchase from our website.

Returns

⊙ What’s the Return Policy?

All returns must be made within 14 days of your date of delivery. BricolArts cannot pay for (read: cover) shipping on returned orders, nor will it be responsible for refunding the shipping costs associated with an order later returned to us.

Sale items and all unframed or framed art is non-returnable. Because our digital inkjet prints and frames are made to order, we cannot accept under any circumstance, a return. This includes both limited edition and open edition prints.

BricolArts accepts unconditional returns on the following items:
  • Product that arrived damaged (we must have suitable evidence of damage, including packaging).
  • Unopened media (must be in original, unopened packaging).
  • Unworn clothing and accessories (clothing and accessories must be fit for resale i.e. unused, unwashed).
  • Open, defective media can only be exchanged for the same title.
For exchanges and returns please contact us and include the following:
  • your name
  • order number
  • order date
  • name of the product you wish to return

Please note that our fulfillment center is not able to accept in-person returns. Unfortunately, even if you live in the vicinity, you must mail your return to the address noted above.

We are always looking for new additions to our ever growing product collection and welcome product submissions for consideration via email. Please be sure to include as much information as possible in your initial correspondence, including links and relevant attachments.
We kindly ask that you refrain from sending physical samples. Any samples sent will be refused by our office.

⊙ Wholesale?

We wholesale CD’s, cassettes and Vinyl from BricolArts and Oval Harmonique. We do not currently wholesale non-music products, though if you are interested in stocking any of our self-produced graphics from our art section, please send us an email and we’ll work something out.

Licencing

⊙ Publishing and licensing options?

If you’re interested in music for film projects, museums, theatre, promotion campaigns, computer games or other purposes, feel free to get in touch with us. There’s of course also the possibility that artists are composing new pieces individually and specifically for your project. All rights can be cleared directly with us.
